Who publishes this site?

Agent Ambulancier is an independent information site. It is not connected to the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux, to Santé Québec, to Urgences-santé, or to any ambulance company, union, agency or school.

Where do the figures come from?

Every figure comes from an official source cited at the end of the article, with its date. Rates and rules change: the official source always prevails.

I found an error in an article.

Write to us with the title of the article and the official source that says otherwise. We correct it and we date the correction.

Does the site give medical advice?

No. The site explains the trade, the rules and the steps to take. For a health question, call Info-Santé at 811. In an emergency, call 911.
